- International Travel Grants
To help with alleviating the costs associated with international competition (such as accommodation, air fares and registration fees); grants may be awarded to student athletes who represent Australia* in recognised sporting competitions held overseas.
*An Australian Representative is an athlete who has been selected by:
(a) The application of formal selection criteria and policies; and
(b) Their relevant National Sporting Organisation (which is sanctioned by the Australian Sports Commission and/or the Australian Olympic Committee to select an Australian team) or UniSport Australia.
At the discretion of Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness, support may be provided in extraordinary circumstances to athletes representing Sydney University or a nation other than Australia.
