Sydney University Football Club had five representatives in the Australian side that defeated Ireland 18-9 in the first rugby Test at Lang Park, Brisbane, on Saturday night.

Fullback Israel Folau and five-eighth Bernard Foley were in the starting XV, while prop Tom Robertson, halfback Nick Phipps and hooker Tolu Latu all came off the bench in the second half.

Foley contributed 13 points for the Wallabies with a try, a conversion and two penalty goals, while Folau had a try controversially disallowed.

The Second Test will be played at AAMI Park, Melbourne, this Saturday and the Third Test at Allianz Stadium, Sydney, on 23 June.
