Women’s National Basketball League – Round 2

Sydney Uni Flames 85 (Katie-Rae Ebzery 18, Joslyn Tinkle 14, Carolyn Swords 13, Casey Samuels 12, Tahlia Tupaea 11) defeated University of Canberra Capitals 67 (Abby Bishop 17, Stephanie Talbot 12, Jessica Bibby 11) at Brydens Stadium, Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre on Wednesday night.

Round 3: Sydney Uni Flames versus Melbourne Boomers at Brydens Stadium, Sydney University Sports and Aquatic Centre on Saturday, October 24, with a 7pm tip-off.

National Rugby Championship – Round 8

Round 9: Melbourne Rising 18 (Ben Meeham, Justin Marsters, Stacey Ili tries; Jack Debreczeni goal) defeated Sydney Stars 10 (Harry Jones, Jim Stewart tries) at Frankston Oval, Frankston, on Sunday.

Semi-Finals: Canberra Vikings v Melbourne Rising at Viking Park, Canberra on Friday, with 7.30pm kick-off.
