Sydney Uni has several athletes competing in the Australian National Swimming Championships held over the Easter Weekend in 2015. The Swimming Club had a highly successful campaign, achieving fantastic results as a group and individually.  

Leading into the event, the Club was named best in NSW, and in the top ten clubs across the entire country. In addition, the club had four athletes gain selection on the Australian team and all athletes finished in the top 16 individually in Australia. 

Results: Overall team placed 6th 

Matt Abood and Mitchell Donaldson made World Championship selection.

In addition to these great results, the National AGe Group Championships are also being held in Sydney this week and will feature six Sydney Uni athletes from the age group program. This is one of the largest representations from the club in many years, which is another fantastic result.
