Group Fitness Classes

Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness provides an extensive range of Group Fitness Classes including the suite of Les Mills programs as well as Aqua, Yoga and Pilates.

These programs are held at the University Sports & Aquatic Centre, Arena Sports Centre and HK Ward Gymnasium using state-of-the-art facilities and with leading coaching staff.

Yoga Bodywork is a form of Hatha yoga for strength, suppleness and stress release. Each yoga position works to balance opposing muscles and enhance posture. The participant chooses the level of intensity at which he/she works.

AEROBOXING

No boxing experience required as you punch your way to fitness with this non-contact workout. A cardio and endurance circuit class for fitness, agility, strength and muscle conditioning, using gloves and bags, that will leave you revitalized. Great stress relief.

KICKBOXING

Our Kickboxing classes welcome all interested participants from beginners to advanced levels. Kickboxing is a superb way to train to reach peak fitness, as well as learning how to use the devastating techniques of Muay Thai art as a self defence platform.

Enjoy cardio, endurance, strength and skills training with our experienced instructors who will help you develop your technique, fitness and confidence.
Gloves, focus mitt pads, kicking shields and Thai pads are fully provided - all you need to bring is a positive attitude to challenge yourself.
