Finally as a requirement of your employment and induction all new staff that will be working in child related employment positions are required to complete the training provided by http://www.playbytherules.net.au/. This is an online self assessment training module that takes approximately 1-2 hours and 75% of questions must be answered correctly to pass the course. (your Supervisor/Manager will advise if you are required to undertake this) Just follow the links from the homepage to [Online Training] and after registering select the Child Protection - NSW Coaches and Officials course. The Play by the Rules NSW online courses provides introductory information on NSW child protection requirements and how to achieve child protection in your role. Staff who successfully complete a course and its assessment module can print a certificate of completion which must then be forwarded with your other employment paperwork as per below.

A Tax File Number Declaration Form must also be submitted with the completed documentation. These can be collected from Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness HR Department, an Australian Tax office or any local Australian Post office.
Superannuation Fund Choice
Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness currently contributes to two employee superannuation funds being ASGARD or UNISUPER. The default fund is ASGARD and your employer Superannuation Guarantee Surcharge of 9%, contributions will automatically commence after your first pay on your behalf to the ASGARD fund.
