Your body learns what you teach it! This low-impact class teaches postural awareness, improving your functional core strength while balancing and aligning the spine. Good posture is energising - it strengthens and revitalises the body.
Essentially aimed at improving flexibility and overall mobility, this low impact class involves a series of dynamic and static stretches aimed at help the body.
Water reduces the impact of exercise by supporting up to 85% of your body weight, providing 15 times the resistance of air. This makes Aqua Fitness suitable for beginners or those wanting a full body workout without stress on the joints. All you need is confidence in the water.
