Classes are included in any Silver (Group Fitness) or Gold Lion pass. Seniors-specific classes are restricted to 55 years and over and all participants must be current members of Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness.

One star classes = easiest
Incorporating gentle upper and lower body weights with abdominal, core strength and flexibility exercises; this class is the perfect way to gently introduce your body to a regular exercises routine.

Two star classes
Water reduces the impact of exercise by supporting up to 85% of your body weight, providing 15 times the resistance of air. This makes Aqua Fitness suitable for beginners or those wanting a full body workout without stress on the joints. All you need is confidence in the water.
Two and half star classes
Aimed at the more active Senior, this class includes multi-faceted resistance exercises incorporating balance and core stability, giving you an all body workout. You will leave feeling challenged but energised for the day ahead.
