Choose from our extensive selection of Short Courses run by our qualified professional instructors! We provide a wide selection of recreation, sport and dance short courses which are run throughout the year both on and off campus. These short courses are open to everyone; students, members and non-members are welcome. Members receive up to 20% off course prices.

So make that 2010 resolution. Get off the couch and get moving. Learn something new, get fit and improve your skills this semester.

New dance courses this semester include: Jazz Funk Hip Hop, House, and Street Tap. Other new courses this semester include Hula-Hoop Fitness and Stand Up Paddle Boarding, .
