LUNCH TIME SOCIAL SPORT
Did you know that when you get out of the office at lunchtime and commit yourself to some physical activity you work better and more consistently through the afternoon? So why not gather some of your work colleagues and come and play lunchtime social sport here at Sydney Uni. We run competitions in indoor soccer, netball and basketball.

SHORT ATTENTION SPAN?
Are you the kind of person who can’t commit to a 6 month membership, let alone a 12 month membership? How about 6-8 weeks? Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness offers short courses throughout the year in various ‘non-traditional’ fitness activities to keep you interested. Try your hand at capoeira, Brazilian samba or wakeboarding and when you’re finished you’re sure to have gained some friends as well as a new skill.
