Do you need to kick-start your fitness or are you ready to face a new fitness challenge?
Our Boot Camp has has the luxury of both indoor and outdoor locations across Sydney University grounds and facilities. Our group training includes a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, body weight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment.
Suitable for all fitness levels, Boot Camp is open to students, staff and community members.
Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness offers personal training sessions in either a one on one or a two on one basis, to provide unique and individual training programs which provide long lasting results.
Our trainers are fully qualified with years of experience in weight loss, strength and muscle gain. Our programs are holistic and utilise a wide variety of the facilities on offer at the Arena Gym and Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre, including state of the art cardio and weights equipment, a 50m indoor pool, indoor sports halls and University ovals.
Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness provides an extensive range of Group Fitness Programs, including Les Mills Group Fitness and HIIT classes, as well as Aqua, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT Boxing and Seniors classes.
These programs are held at the Sydney University Sports & Aquatic Centre in state-of-the-art facilities and with leading coaching staff. All group fitness classes are available to Silver (Group Fitness) and Gold pass holders. We offer over 65 classes per week.
SUSF Group Fitness and HIIT classes offer a supportive, motivating and challenging training environment for people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're new to exercise and looking for guidance, new to SUSF and searching for a gym buddy (or 20!) or ready to change up your training routine, you're guaranteed to find what you're searching for with us!

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) hold a four-year University degree and are allied health professionals who specialize in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries.
AEPs provide support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, mental health problems, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease and more. Our AEPs are registered with Medicare Australia, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and are recognized by most private health insurers.
Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness can offer ongoing or one-off Wellness Programs for local businesses or University of Sydney staff from faculties/departments held at the Sports & Aquatic Centre.
Our multi-faceted approach focuses on training and nutrition. We work with participants to develop better nutrition and lifestyle choices through appropriate exercise sessions conducted by highly qualified Exercise Physiologists and elite athletes.
Our Seniors Wellness Program is a purpose-built, supervised group training program that addresses the broad range of health and wellbeing needs of those over 55 years of age. We offer four different classes each with proven benefits to stenghten muscle tissue and reduce the chance of injury and osteoporosis.
Classes are included in any Silver (Group Fitness) or Gold pass but can also be attended on a per class basis by community members without a gym pass.
UNLEASH is Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness' signature group training program. A HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout, UNLEASH trains your muscles for the tasks they perform in everyday life. In other words: a vigorous strength & cardio workout that will get results, fast. Free with a Gold pass!
