Do you need to kick-start your fitness or are you ready to face a new fitness challenge? Our Boot Camp has been redesigned and has the luxury of both indoor and outdoor locations! Our group training includes a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, body weight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment.
Outdoor Group Training
Operating in six week blocks, our boot camp sessions are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6:30-7:30am. Each block thus comprises of 18 sessions for just $220 or $195 if you take advantage of our early bird special! The six week courses are tailed to change your body composition and help you achieve your goals.
