We provide an extensive range of fun and challenging 4-8 week short courses and weekend trips to get you motivated and moving! Our short courses are open to everyone; students, staff, community, SUSF members & non-members are all welcome.
Sport & Recreation Short Courses
Short courses are a fun way to sample and develop new skills in a sport or dance you are new to. Running during semester for between 4 -8 weeks, they are very easily fit into your University timetable, often just one hour per week of a night time and held on campus.
