We request that members book in online for Group Fitness classes to speed up processing at the front desk. Staff will happily provide you with your online login and password. Morning classes can be booked in the night before, lunchtime/evening classes the day of the class. Click here to book your Group Fitness Class online. Please note booking does NOT guarantee entry to class so please leave enough time to arrive.
SUSF does NOT allow members into equipment-based classes like BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, GRIT, CX WORX, RPM once the class has started. This is for participants' safety. In all other classes it is at the discretion of the instructor up to what part of the warm-up he/she will allow latecomers entry. After warm up is completed, entry is prohibited so please do not attempt to enter as refusal may offend. SUSF Group Fitness rules can be found here.
Brydens boxing gym
SUSF Gold, Silver Group Fitness and Silver Gym pass holders are permitted to access the new Brydens Boxing Gym at the Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre (SUSAC) during the following hours:

|Tuesday||5:30 am – 10:00 pm|
|Wednesday||5:30 am – 5:15 pm and 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm|
|Thursday||5:30 am – 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm|
|Friday||5:30 am – 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm|
|Saturday||6:00 am – 11:00 am and 3:00pm – 8:00 pm|
|Sunday||7:00 am – 10:00 pm|
Please note that members should provide their own gloves for use if needed and are prohibited from sparring unsupervised in the ring. Occasionally the Brydens Boxing Gym may be booked out for private sessions. During Sydney Uni Flames Womens National Basketball League home matches between October and February, the Boxing Gym will be unavailable.
