Need a break from lecturing? Is your back getting sore from sitting in a chair? We're here to help!

Come and meet other University staff members in one of our lunch time courses. Join us in Yoga or Pilates to help improve your core strength and flexibility. Taught by our amazingly qualified staff, our programs can improve your posture, pelvic stability and help you relax while gaining peace of mind.

If you're unable to make our lunchtime classes, Why not try one of our evening classes?


PILATES: Semester 2

               

               

Improve your flexibility, muscle strength and tone through a total mind and body workout of floor exercise with no impact. Pilates involves performing a series of slow, controlled movements that focus on developing good posture, pelvic stability and rebalancing the body through correct breathing and alignment. Popular for injury rehabilitation and body conditioning, this course is suitable for most people and is taught by an experienced, professional and qualified Pilates instructor.
