Both meetings will be held at The Grandstand, Oval No. 1, The University of Sydney
At the Annual General Meeting, the SUSF Annual Report and the SUSF Finance Report will be tabled.
Immediately following the AGM the Executive Director shall convene the Annual General Committee meeting at which the Treasurer, the Student members of the Management Committee and the Blues Committee will be elected (see election notice below).
NOTE: Two delegates from each sport elected or appointed by the Constituent Clubs in accordance with section 51 (e) of the Constitution are requested to attend the Annual General Committee Meeting. Delegates must be members of Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness and must be eligible to act as delegates in accordance with the constitution. Further representatives from a club may attend the meeting, but only the two registered delegates may cast a vote in committee matters.

Student Representatives (3 male, 3 female),
Blues Committee (3 male blues, 3 female blues)

Nominations for the above positions are now open and must be received by the Executive Director by 5pm on Friday 4th May, 2018.
Election of these positions will take place during the Annual General Committee meeting.
