Sydney University Volleyball Club’s women’s honours team have made it through to their fifth consecutive NSW State Volleyball League grand final after disposing of Manly last weekend in three sets.
The score ended 27-25, 25-14, 25-7. The girls will take on UTS in the gold medal match this weekend at the Sydney Olympic Sports Halls. The game starts at 12pm.
The men’s division 2 team will also play in a grand final this weekend after a very tightly contested win against Sydney North in five sets. The men eventually won 19-25, 25-22, 27-25, 17-25, 16-14. The men take on Hills Dragons at 10.30am at the Sydney Olympic Sports Halls.
