Kyah Gray of the Elite Athlete Program has been selected to captain the Australian women’s indoor hockey team for the upcoming Four Nations Tournament in Durban, South Africa from 15 to 18 December.
The second year veterinary science student and Blue recipient will lead Australia as they face Namibia, South Africa and the USA during the four day tournament.
In the lead up to the tournament Kyah contributed to the team’s strong performances in friendly games and has been playing first grade hockey for the University of Sydney since 2014.
