Nominations are called for several positions at the AGM Elections.
Two Vice Presidents (one male and one female) – due Monday 21 April 2008 by 5pm.
- To be decided by a secret ballot held on Monday 5 May 2008 between 8.00am-8.00pm at the Arena Sports Centre. If one nomination is received for each position, the nominee will be declared elected and no election will be conducted.
Treasurer, Six Student Reps on Management Committee (three female and three male), and Blues Committee (three female and three male – all must be Blues and one of each must also be a student) – due Monday 5 May 2008 by 5pm.
- The positions of the Treasurer, six Student Reps on Management Committee and the six reps on the Blues Committee will be decided by election at the AGM to be held on Monday 12 May 2008 at 6.00pm in the Grandstand.
Official Agendas for the AGM and General Committee will be sent out on Tuesday 22 April.
Furthermore, all Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness Clubs are reminded to get the names of their two reps on the General Committee into the SU Sport & Fitness Office by Wednesday 9 April. A form for these reps is included in your Club Administrator’s Handbook.
