Despite missing a First Grade finals berth for the first time since 1997, Sydney University Football Club can still win six of the seven titles on offer in Sydney’s Premier rugby union competition.

Second, Third and Fourth grades and First and Third grade Colts won their respective qualifying finals at the weekend, while Second Grade Colts are still alive despite a 27-24 loss to Northern Suburbs on Sunday.

Second Grade accounted for Warringah 28-15 at Pittwater Rugby Park to set up a semi-final at the same venue against Manly on Saturday. Eastwood and Southern Districts will contest the other semi-final.

Third Grade moved through to the semi-finals with a tight 20-18 win over Manly at Forshaw Rugby Park to set up a semi-final against Warringah at Pittwater. Eastwood and Manly will contest the other semi-final.

Fourth Grade accounted for Randwick 21-12 at Manly Oval to set up a semi-final against Gordon. Northern Suburbs and Eastwood will contest the other semi-final.
