Sydney Uni water polo has had an impressive start to the season following sound victories in round four.
The men’s and women’s team both had victories on Friday and Saturday at Uni’s aquatic centre.
The men defeated KFC Breakers 23-8 on Friday and Brisbane Barracudas 20-11 on Saturday, while the women defeated KFC Breakers 14-7 on Friday and Brisbane Barracuda 11-5 on Saturday.
Club stalwart Ian Trent believes it is the first time both the men’s and women’s team from the one club have topped their respective national league ladders at the same time.
