Primary education student Christie Adams of Wesley College has won the 48cm LCD TV on offer as part of the SUSF membership promotion. Adams won her place in the competition, and the TV by renewing her Sydney University Sport and Fitness Arena Sports membership.
Adams, 20, has been an Arena Sports member since she started her degree – 2 years ago. She uses the facilities twice a week on average, mostly the cross-trainer, treadmills and bicycles, and normally trains with a friend.
The 48-cm LCD TV with built-in DVD player is valued at more than $900! The competition was open to all facilities members who joined, renewed, upgraded their membership, or referred a friend to join. While she was excited about winning, Adams wasn’t sure what to do with the prize. “I’ve only got a small college room,” she said, “so it might have to stay at someone else’s place for a while.”
