Junior Short Courses  

TERM 1

Archery

Learn the basics of how to shoot a bow and arrow whilst developing your hand-eye coordination and mental concentration. Meet new people and learn new skills. Suitable for ages 6 - 13 years.

Fencing

Learn the basic techniques of dueling, develop quick reflexes and coordination. A fun and structured course run in a safe environment for juniors to have fun whilst learning new skills. Suitable for ages 6-13 years.

Rock Climbing

Kids will develop strength, coordination, balance and agility in this 6 week course. They will learn correct climbing techniques and make new friends in a safe learning environment. Suitable for ages 10 - 13 years.

Kick Boxing (Mauy Thai)

This course is based on the sport Muay Thai kick boxing and is an essential skill for young kids to learn. The course is open to those who are aged 6 - 13 years and is a great way to learn Self-Defence and improve a childs strength and coodintation.
