Sydney Uni Swim School is proud to be to be able to offer quality aquatic education to swimmers of all ages and ability, from two-years-old to adult World Champions.
Our holistic approach to swimming ensures that swimmers find their time in the pool a challenging and positive experience. Our small learn to swim classes ensure focussed attention and are technique based. We provide a clear integrated pathways for the development and challenge of our squad swimmers, whether they be recreational or competitive.
Our dynamic swimming program is focussed on providing children and adults the opportunity to develop a strong relationship with the water by ensuring that participants experience the water in a supportive, challenging, yet fun way. Sydney Uni Tennis prides itself on providing professional and the highest quality tennis coaching available in Sydney.
We deliver official Tennis Australia ANZ Hot Shots (Junior Tennis Programs) and Adult Coaching Programs, and welcome anyone to join from beginners to advanced players. We cater for juniors, adults, parents, university staff and students, and demonstrate a commitment to all those interested in playing tennis.
Sydney’s trusted School Holiday Sports Camp provider for over 15 years, Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness Sports Camps provide families with safe, supportive and inclusive environments for their children and young athletes to take part in sport and physical activity.
This spring our camps are getting a fresh look, with the introduction of age tailored camps in the form of Cubs Club and Sports Clinics. Cubs club is aimed at children aged 5-12 years and will offer a range of different sports as well as the ever-popular multi-sport camp which is the ultimate sampler of engaging sports and games. Sports Clinic is designed for children aged 12-17 years, and aims to introduce and further develop the skills of young athletes of all abilities in a range of sports. Children will be divided into groups based on their ability level, within each of the camps.
We pride ourselves on the diversity of our camp delivery -- employing effective coaches to lead with demonstrated experience in Sports Coaching, Teaching or Professional/Elite Sport. Our coaches are backed by Working with Children checks, first aid training and are equipped with the skills and awareness to manage young people and groups as required.
Prices start at $90 and vary according to the duration and specialisation of the camp. For the convenience of busy and working parents, we also offer a daily aftercare service at an additional cost. Discounts are available when booking multiple children into the same camp.
Short courses are a fun way to sample and develop new skills in a sport or dance you are new to.
Running during semester for between 4 -8 weeks, they are very easily fit into your University timetable, often just one hour per week of a night time and held on campus. Our short courses are open to everyone; students, staff, community, SUSF members and non-members are all welcome.

We offer a number of different sporting activities and events for groups in NSW. In particular we convene carnivals, sports courses and camps by utilising our central location and state of the art sports halls, equipment and vast grounds at the University of Sydney.
The Basketball Development Clinic is aimed at people wanting to take their game to the next level. Each week focuses on improving your individual skills and providing participants with a better understanding of offensive and defensive concepts.
Sessions are designed for 45 minutes of high-paced training, followed by 45 minutes of structured scrimmaging and modified games. All participants must bring a ball, water bottle and both a light coloured and dark coloured shirt.
Sessions focus on:
- Ball handling
- Basketball IQ
- Shooting and lay-ups
- Structured scrimmages
- Game fitness
