Our group training includes a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, body weight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment.

Operating in six week blocks, our boot camp sessions are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6.30-7.30am. Each block comprises of 18 sessions. The six week courses are tailored to change your body composition and help you achieve your goals.
