Boot Camp

Do you need to kick-start your fitness or are you ready to face a new fitness challenge? Our Boot Camp has been redesigned and has the luxury of both indoor and outdoor locations! Our group training includes a mix of boxing, stairs, hills, body weight, circuits, abs, running and much more in a fun, safe and effective training environment.  

Boot Camp

Do you need to kick-start your fitness or are you ready to face a new fitness challenge? Our Boot Camp is designed to change your body composition and help you achieve your goals in a fun and supported environment. 

  • Six-week program made up of 18 sessions
  • Sessions held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.30-7.30am
  • $200 for the whole six-weeks (that's less than $12 per session)
  • Meet us at the Sports & Aquatic Centre for training at different locations across campus
  • Dynamic training which combines body weight, cardio, circuit training and more. 

Our last Boot Camp for 2017 began on Monday 6 November, but not to worry! Boot Camp will be back on 15 January 2018. Watch this space for more information. 

*Please note that you must be a valid annual member of SUSF to participate which our online tool will add to the purchase if you do not already have one.
