Simply present at the Sports & Aquatic Centre with your membership card prior to the start time to attend a Group Fitness class. Registering online for a class does not guarantee entry to the class, so please ensure you arrive with enough time to sign in and set up as places are filled on a first arrival basis. Morning classes can be registered for the night before, lunchtime/evening classes the day of the class. Click here to register for a Group Fitness class online.
SUSF does not allow members into equipment-based classes like UNLEASH, BodyPump, BodyStep, Grit, CXWORX and RPM once the class has started. This is for participants' safety. In all other classes, entry is at the discretion of the instructor as to what part of the warm-up she/he will allow latecomers entry. After the warm up is complete, you will not be granted entry. Please do not attempt to enter as refusal may offend.

Brydens boxing gym
SUSF Gold, Silver Group Fitness and Silver Gym pass holders are permitted to access the new Brydens Boxing Gym at the Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatic Centre (SUSAC) during the following hours:

|Thursday||5:30 am – 5:15 pm, 6:30pm - 7:30pm, 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm|
|Friday||5:30 am – 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm – 10:00 pm|
|Saturday||6:00 am – 10:30 am and 4:30pm – 8:00 pm|
|Sunday||7:00 am – 10:00 pm|
Please note that members should provide their own gloves for use if needed and are prohibited from sparring unsupervised in the ring. Occasionally the Brydens Boxing Gym may be booked out for private sessions. During Sydney Uni Flames Womens National Basketball League home matches between October and February, the Boxing Gym will be unavailable.
